When I was still studying I used to walk but now I'm very lazy to walk anymore. It is not safe here if I walk alone very early the morning or in the evening. Sometimes I wake up late so I don't have time to walk anymore. I think if I'm in the beach or in a province I want to walk around there because the air is still fresh unlike here that it is polluted.

I love to walk, but unfortunately, I am unable to go for a morning walk. First of all, realistically speaking I would never have enough discipline to wake up at 5 30 in the morning. I am always running late in the morning, even if I set my alarm an hour before I have to leave. Besides, I am always being warned by people not to go out walking or jogging in the early morning or at night, because it is dangerous for a single girl to do so. So, I guess its just not meant to be for me!

Hi nirjaagrey, I always stay up late either watching tv program or surfing net. I could hardly get up early in the morning. That's why I rarely go for any morning walk. Of course I know the air is fresh and cold in the early morning. I usually go for a half an hour walk or jog in the morning. The air is cooler and fresh as well during sunset time. I enjoy my evening walk at the nearby neighborhood. I like watching the vegetable plants, flowers as well as the other interesting stuffs while passing by different houses on the way. I feel energetic and comfortable after sweating a lot. I have this physical exercise 5 days in a week to keep my body healthy and fit Happy posting

hi dear lotters... ya.. his points and comments is true. morning walk is very good for health. it will reduce the sugar of sugar patients, increase the thinking power, reduce the tension and so on. but most of the people are hating this morning walk due to late night sleep and try to avoid the morning walk . but they dont the real miracle hide in morning walk. some people have a thought of reduce the body weight fate suddenly. its not happen suddenly but it will happen very slowly. so be habit of morning walk..

I go for a walk every morning about 5 am. I do enjoy it. However, the time is not of my choosing since my dog wakes me up when she is ready to go for her morning walk and will not take no for an answer. The particular time is of her choosing.

I wish I could go on daily morning walks! I always wake up so late that I barely have enough time to eat breakfast. Though, the times that I have gotten up and taken a walk with nothing to do after, I've felt like I wanted to go do something productive. Now that you mentioned it, I'm setting my alarm early so I'll have time to take a walk. Great idea!

I used to go for a morning walk.but since last term I had nerve done this, because when I was doing a morning exercise a dog suddenly run after me,I was so scared that I was runining as fast as I can.But the dog catched me in the end that means I was failed and my leg was bited into by it. Naturally I was sent to the hospital. So,this is my "glorious history". Actually,go for a morning walk is a very necessary sport in our lives.so we should do more exercise in the morning. Not only can it relax ourselves but also can promote our healthiness.

It is nice to go for morning walks. I would like to go for it because I am on strict diet and trying to improve the shape of my body. The issue is that I don't have a company. Also, I live in the interior of a village and I don't think it is safe to go alone for morning walks very early. I have to get back to home atleast by 7 am and get ready to office.

morning walk and me...??? its a big question... by the time i wake up its already late in the mmorning and the time that is left is for getting ready ready as fast as possible, so i don't get time for leisure activities in the morning. during school days i used to get up early in the morning and we used to go for cycling or playing some sport.. it is really refreshing. even today when i get up early in the morning i feel better than other days. i think i have more energy nd vitality all through the day.

Yes i cann't agree with you any more . I do enjoy morning walk. There's a period of time i get up very early at around 6 am with my small boy. I take him out to breathe fresh air and i myself make a morning walk. It's very quiet outside only with some pleasant noises by birds which are chasing and singing . Air is fresh with some cool wind . I often talk to my baby gently and sing some songs to him . He is happy too.

Yes, I go for morning walk everyday.I like the silence of the dawn and so wake up early for doing meditation. After meditation I go for a walk in the park where I do jogging and some stretching exercises.Breathing the fresh air in the morning just makes me feel great. Also the chirping of the birds in the morning makes me happy. After the morning walk I remain relaxed the whole day doing my duties efficiently.

Hi nirjaagrey, I used to take daily morning walks as well around my local area, did so for about 2 years I think. In the end though I did it so often that dog walkers and joggers recognised me, and home owners too probably, and it started to become really stressful. This was coupled by the fact I was obsessive about it and so was pushing my body too far causing tiredness and anger daily. In the end I stopped because it was damaging my health mentally, and physically. I did go out yesterday after posting a letter and enjoyed it, but only because there was no one around. If I could walk without fear of communication or obsession I would do it more, mybe when winter hits and everyone is inside I will resume. I don't know though, the stress it caused in the end far outweighed the benefits for me. I think I would rather have to walk to work, or elsewhere to enjoy it properly. Walking for the sake of health doesn't feel right for me anymore All the best Dranz
