Breakfast Foods That Give You Energy Whole grain cereals Low-fat dairy products (skim milk, lowfat yogurt) Eggs (if you eat more than one, limit yourself to one yolk and the rest should be egg whites) Oatmeal Bananas Oranges Protein powder (mix with skim milk and you have a powerful energy booster). The real energy that you need comes from food. Your breakfast sets the pace for the rest of your day. And if you make a habit of skipping it and taking energy supplements instead, you are just fortifying your unhealthy eating habits. You may gain weight or experience other unpleasant reactions from a poor diet. The bottom line is that you need to get your energy from a healthy and hearty breakfast, not from a bottle. If you have a proper diet that includes foods that give you energy, you will have more than enough “fuel” to get you through your day. Happy mylotting and smile always!

The body gets its energy from food, or more specifically, calories. It uses these calories as fuel and when that fuel runs out, it uses the fat storage as a back up. If there are too many calories, they turn into extra fat. Sugar free simply means there is no sugar and instead they use either a sugar substitute or a deriviative that is usually calorie free and glucose free.

You have to fuel your body with the right foods and exercise to get energy. As for no sugar that either means lots of processed fake sugar or you can make it natural by using cactus juice or stevia this is your best bet for cutting out the sugar. Rule of thumb if you can't read whats in something don't eat it. This equals to a good health conscious body and soul.As for carbs they give you energy along with pounds.

In general the body gets energy from food, but certain foods are more likely to give you energy. Many people say carbohydrates should be the main source of energy, but if you don't add some monounsaturated fatty acids by eating foods like avocados, olive oil, nuts, cold water fish etc. and proteins your energy won't be sustained. Just be sure to eat a diet high in fruit, veggies, grains, nuts or seeds and you should not have to worry about having enough energy. Sugar free means the product doesn't have sugar, so it's calorie count is low. Unfortunately it's sweetened with a sugar substitute which may not be a healthy choice.

body gets its energy from the food u eat. that is why we say u shud eat healthy food, less oil. because oil is not good for ur heart. fruit juices are really good, especially in the mornings. and green veggies too. try eating light food and see the difference in ur energy levels. i have. heavy foods can make u lethargic and sleepy. and sugar-free means that in that particular thing, item, recipe, whatever u r referring to, instead of sugar, they might have used a sugar substitute. meaning the food could be sweet, but it wudnt have the calories that sugar has...

our body gets energy from food, water and air. the three are essential for cellular activity. "sugar free"- there's no sugar content but tastes sweet due to artificial sweeteners. :)
