Can one have two different account in the same name?

I need a personal Paypal account for purposes other than running my business, does anyone know if one is permitted to do this on Paypal.
I would need to be using the same credit card, or bank account.
I apologise for asking here, but I cannot access Paypal help in English, it reads my flippin IP and makes me use the Spanish version, which means nothing to me.
Help please?

Hi Ritz!
I ampretty certain that you can. I have seen other users in yuor same condition on here wo have said they have two - one for business and one for private affairs.
If you put .com at the end are you sure you still read it in Spanish? I can access it in both English and Italian here.

yes you can have two accounts I do. I you want to have them send your money from the paypal to your bank account then you will have to have two different bank accounts.

Not if you dont have 2 bank accounts. I have 2 accounts with Paypal but I also have 2 back accounts & they each go to one. Hope this helps a bit...

I am pretty sure you can only have one account per each bank card. I have two accounts, but one is using my personal bank cards and the other is using my business bank cards. I had to use two different email addresses for setting it all up.
