I finally fit into smaller pants yesterday and I also managed to purchase a shirt that's not in the plus size section. How about you? What put a smile on your face lately?

smile on a person's face specially if you are really
aiming to lose some weight and be more fit and healthy.
Lately, I am having fun writing online. But when I am
offline, just playing with my kids and looking after
them makes me a happy mom.
