HOw many of you use credit cards while purchasing anything ? i dont have any credit card. my hubby is having three cards and he uses them more than cash. at times he use cash also but more is the card and now these people give reward point in the form of coupons on using there card ad then we can buy certain thing from a certain shop of which the coupon has been given to us by them. so we use cards more for any of our purchasing because finally the money will be going so why not use the card. atleast after using that we can have some coupon to buy something.

I don't like using my credit card because I hate being in debt, even if I know I can pay it off at the end of the month. I much prefer to use a debit card or cash because then I'm perfectly aware of how much I'm spending because I either see the cash disappearing or my bank balance dwindling. Keeps me in control of my shopping...I would be a nightmare if I let myself loose with a credit card to shop.

I use credit card more because I feel it's more secure than cash. If it gets stolen I can report it and any unauthorized charges can be reversed. It cannot be the same with cash because once it's stolen it's seldom returned. With credit card they sometimes will give you rewards, but I usually try to pay big payment so not to get charged a lot of money with interest. It's best to use cash or debit card, or if you use credit card to pay it off as soon as possible.

We get cashback on one of our cards, but we still try not to use it because we have a lot of credit card debt and so we need to pay them off.

me too i use my credit card more often and im trying to do all my payments thru it.since it is more convenient than to carry more cash in your wallet.and yes its true they offer some points that can be redeemed to pay for another purchases.if you just know how to use your card wisely then its really great to have one.but make sure to be disciplined also or else you'll end up with aching heads of more debts.

i dont have any card now. before marriage i was having a debit and a credit card both. it is more in control, i think to use a debit card because there you know every minute that how much of the balance is remaining back and how much is gone. but now my father in law and my hubby is all in control of everything . i have nothing to do. so no need of any card or any cash too.
