is it bad to ask help around here, though it does not involve any money

cause i have this problem, i subscribed for this website for free trial. but i was not able to cancel the account before the freel trial expired. so i got charged for $5 this month. and i wanted to cancel it but i need to call them but calling them to US is quite expensive for me as i am not from US. it is toll free number. but i still need to pay for long distance calls to connect to this toll free number in US. is it alright if i will ask around from US members if they will be willing to call this site for me. i will be providing my account details for them to call this site to cancel my account. will that be alright to ask any one around. hope i can find one who can help. cause i don't know how to use Skype for international calls. if any one knows how to , can you please help me out. if you have any ideas around to help me contact them without much spending for prepaid call cards i will appreciate it.
