Moving house, is it always stressful

I hope we won't ever have to move house again, I find moving so very stressful. On one hand its good to have to sell or give away so much to make the things you want to keep fit into your new home, but its so hard sometimes to make these decisions.
Its even harder when you move abroad, all the new customs of the country to take into account.
What were your experiences of moving, did you find it easy to get rid of things or did you take it all with you regardless of how unneccessary it all really is?

yes,i have already moved house for seveal times as studying and working. as you know, when you living at a places, the suffer will be increased more, but when you moveing, we always want to bring less with us, as it is very hearvy. so when i changed the working places, i had moving a few times and get rid of seveal lovely thing and useful thing, i missed those a lot, hope one day, i will be set down at one place and no need to move.good luck and have a nice day!

Hello nancy. I have moved my house for a few times and have found that it is very troublesome to have it moved. But the last time I moved into my new house, I did not bring with me anything old into my new house. Instead we bought everything new for the new house. I am glad that we are finally settled without having to move again as we have bought the house. It is relaxing now.

You are right, moving house is always stressfull. When I moved to Thailand from the Philippines I had to leave my piano books and bring with me only my clothes. Then when I moved to UK from Thailand again I had to leave more piano books. I miss them so much. I have always been dreaming to go back and collect my stuff in Bangkok but I don't know when it's gonna happen. I miss my stuffed toys, my barbie collection with different costumes around the world, my jigsaw puzzles, my orchids and other plants, and so on and so forth.

it is very hard for me, i experience it every five years my family had changes residence. the result i could not make new friends as i always feel stranger and had to start again from scratch meeting and befriending the neighbors.
