I have found this statement : In order that a manner of life well adapted to the peculiarities of the capitalism, could come to dominate others, it had to originate somewhere, and not in isolated individuals alone, but as a way of life common to the whole groups of man. So, what do you think?

interesting. I am reminded of Japan's domination in 1940's and 1990's. Adversity and scarceness of resources have made them an economic giant. They realized the the need to work together to strive excellence beyond the global average. I agree, it's been a way of life in Japan to innovate and mass-produce while constantly improving at all fronts.
