I've read in the yahoo news a couple of days ago that multi-tasking is bad for one's health. And it also says there that it only seems that you get to do many things but at the end, you will see that you have not finished any thing. I knew about it but it seems that I can't get rid of multi-tasking. It's just that I'm used to it. How about you? Do you multi-task?

Yes i do. Multi-tasking is a must lately. True, ideally no one should multi-task. But with the demands of our world, how could you possibly compete with that?
I guess we just have to create a system wherein you can shoot 2 birds with one stones; that way we wont get too lethargic with the stuff we have on our plate.

I agree with what you've said that nowadays, multi-tasking is really important. Sometimes, we tend to procrastinate and then as a result, things pile up for us to work on.
