Is this moral way to earn money

I often find in sites some ads which fools the internet users. The sites owners fools the users to click and earning from this clicks. Today I have seen such kind of ad (the ad is you have a message, please click to open ) even in mylot. Is this kind of activity moral.

This is mere cheating. They don't have any moral values in life. They simply waste others' time and energy. Time is money and hence they are thieves.
