Do you like taking cold showers in winter, or in summer only?

It depends on different people, I think. Some people will preper to take a hot shower even in summer as the hot water will ease every cell and remove the tireness. Truely somes guy prefer to take cold water in the whole year as the cold could make make their skin tighter and stronger and they can seek out the excitement whiling the cold get through.

When I can reach the hot water,it's really hard for me taking cold showers in winter with the freezing temperature.That is to say,I will choose taking cold showers when there no other choices,when I was in high school.I can hardly forget that days in winter,it can not be colder I think in my lifetime when the cold water flowing on my body.And I thought that's exactly healthy... I felt really good about my body that time in high school,and I seldom got sick,even a cold.I can wear only two clothes outside but now.Truly,taking cold showers is good,but it's cruel at the same time,especially you are bathing... Hi karen, I take cold shower everyday. Of course I would feel comfortable after having the cold water shower in the hot weather. We have to experience the hot weather all the year round except having heavy rainfall the whole day. Due to this we usually would take cold shower twice a day I dared not take any cold shower while having winter vacation in temperate countries. The cold water in winter was really freezing. I would shiver once touching it. I could imagine how dreadful it was if taking cold water shower in winter season. I would take shower only if hot water was available in the bathroom Happy posting

hikarenkarenkk No I hate taking cold showers anytime winter, ' fall or summer or spring. I like warm showers in summer,hot'showers in the colder months. taking a cold shower makes me week and about to faint so I never do that any more.besides cold showers in the summer time actually make you feel hotter than ever after you are out for a f ew minutes,.they are hard on the body and the nervous system too.

yeah, you are right.taking cold showers regularly will keep our healthy.i almost take showers everyday,i never take cold showers,even in summer i will take showers with warm water.
