HeLp!! I need yummy cookie recipes!!

Ok, so I have a baby shower on the 26th of this month and a bridal shower to help with...I've been involuntarily volunteered to make cookies for both and have a lot of baking ahead of me.... any quick yummy cookie recipes you'd like to share??

I'm glad you posted this because I finally found the recipe I've been looking for! I lost my cookbooks, long story, but I've been looking for this recipe for English tea cakes: http://recipes.lovetoknow.com/wiki/English_Tea_Cakes_Recipe They are SO yummy!! I could never find currents so I used raisins and they were still delicious.
