The Dark Past?.......

yeah, if it still bothers them. they should . but they should tell it to them when they are close their parents. if the parents can help them. sometimes it does not help specially if the paretns are not supportive. and if they will tell it when they are already adult then their parents may be too old to help them so it is wise to tell it to someone who is stil have the strength to help them. maybe it will a partner or a friend or a counsellor. but i will be careful as to whom to confide though.

I don't think it's easy for someone that been molested as a child to pour his/her heart content here. It might be their darkest secret and they would certainly don't want anyone to know. It's true that by being open up can help to reduce the pain but it's not easy to do that.

I think they should atleast share this incident with their near and dear ones , coz atleast by telling they will be relieved instead of keeping it a secrret and suffering from it.
