How many times do you lie in a single day?

Are there small things about you use to lie or this happens for certain reasons?
I think sometimes, you have no choice but to tell lies to some people, because they really ask for it. Or because the truth is too hard to tell. However, truth always comes to the surface, and it can be much worse when it is revealed.
I saw poeple who lied about almost everything, just because it was more interesting, more fun, or because they were liars by their nature. I also noticed others who are generally honest individuals, but in some situations didn't have any other possibility but to tell a lie. I don't judge them, I lied too. Because of different motifs. And I believe that everybody lies from time to time.
I do have something against those who lie too often and without any plausible reason. Unfortunately, in most of the cases I've noticed that this can't be treated. It's difficult, though, to have somebody with this habit close to you. You either leave it or try to get along with that person. It's not too easy to choose, I guess.

To be honest, I lie a lot in a day but all of them will be harmless to others. Now in this modern life, for me it is essential to say small lies to my girlfriend, friends & to others & that makes me a liar every day
I wonder when I will quit this habit but I don't think it's going to change in the near future.

i am not aware of how many times i lie in a day. sometimes we need to lie for some reasons. lies also save us from shame, guilt and harm. in my point of view i think there is a must to lie sometimes. i also do believe in white lies. A white lie would cause only relatively minor discord if it were uncovered, and typically offers some benefit to the hearer. White lies are often used to avoid offense, such as complimenting something one finds unattractive. In this case, the lie is told to avoid the harmful realistic implications of the truth. As a concept, it is largely defined by local custom and cannot be clearly separated from other lies with any authority.

I think every person have this moment:you lie but you reluctant.you have no choice but to tell lies to some people.you lie for some reasons,the truth is too hard to tell for example.This is understandable.
But,if lying becomes a habit ,it is not a good thing,it is a very bad habit.In my opinion,we must be honest most of time.
White lie is desirable,but don't lie often.
