SQL Error in Incentria?

Hi. I need help from fellow Incentria users here in Mylot. I keep getting an SQL Error. I don't think I am banned because I can still log in to my account. It is when I am about to browse advertisements that I keep getting the error. The exact error is as follows: Database error: Invalid SQL: UPDATE stats SET hits=hits+1WHERE date='09/09/09' MySQL Error: 1205(Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction) Session halted. I will appreciate your help. Thanks. :)
