For me, to have a good night sleep: - Take a hot bath, use lavender shower gel. It helps to ease your nerve & body. - Relax x bit before taking a nap - Make sure by bed are ready few hours before go to bed - Make sure that I have enough pillow (I couldn't sleep with one or two pillows only. I need at least 5!) - Drink a warm milk - Turn on my fan @ air-cond - Make sure all lights turn off - Make sure no noise heard So, sleep well! =)

The best way is to have an early dinner.Have a bath with lukewarm water, don't do anything which excites you too much before going to bed.Read a book and they say have a glass of warm milk an hour before going to sleep helps.

Those with a habit of reading before sleeping do not suffer this sleep unrest, so try reading a book before going to sleep. A glass of lukewarm milk before sleep is also good.

I am so blessed because i don't have any problem getting some shuteye. It's the other way around for me that causes some issue. Because i need to work up until midnight or up to 2am, i tend to drowse while working. I needed to keep a few cups of coffee to make sure that i can continue with my work lest i fall asleep while doing my tasks.
