Can I rent neobux referrals via unverified paypal?

I have a unverified paypal. I wanna rent referrals from my paypal, it is possible? Neoubux TOS says it allows verified paypal to rent referrals or to buy clicks. Can I transfer money from unverified paypal to neobux or other sites?

You cannot pay via the unverified paypal account, I have tried this too and I cannot because the country I was did not verified paypal so we cannot do it.You cannot transfer only to sites like neobux from your unverified account though.

No, you can't. Although you can do it with unverified alertpay account.

i rented 3 referrals from my neobux balance, i tried to purchase thru paypal but its not verified, so they deduct it on my account (neobux balance)...
