I am not really a chicken lover. But I do eat chicken and my favorite is the same as yours. I want my chicken crispy and a little bit with chili. Surely they increase my appetite. But if I have to choose between chicken and pork, I love pork more.

Oh yeah! Chicken is my favorite meat! Take away pork, and beef, and I will be just fine as long as I have chicken (just don't make me eat fish!). I love fried chicken, either home-made or fast food, I like both. I also like grilled chicken as long as it is seasoned well. We also have a local delicacy called chicken inasal, which is like barbecue chicken on a stick with a native recipe basting. It's quite popular and I love it! I also like barbecued chicken gizzard heheheh!

Chicken is so versatile, one of my favorite simple dishes is quesadillas. Cook your chicken in a large covered skillet on medium/low heat with onions and peppers. When the chicken is done, remove it from the skillet, allow it to cool and simply pull it off the bone. If you are using boneless chicken then shred it. Return the chicken to the skillet, add a jar of your favorite salsa, about at 1/4 tsp of Adodo seasoning. Cook this on medium/low heat until most of the moisture from the salsa is absorbed into the chicken. Grab some flour tortillas ( I prefer the small ones) and some Monterrey jack cheese.Place a tortilla in a clean skillet with a small amount of oil (allow the oil to heat, then turn the skillet on low) so it does not stick, place about 1/8 cup of cheese on top of the tortilla, a layer of chicken, more cheese and a 2nd tortilla. Allow the cheese to melt, and flip the quesidilla, allowing the cheese to melt on the opposite side. The small tortillas are much easier to flip, but if you don't want to chance the filling escaping if you are not a master 'flipper' then use one large flour tortilla and layer the same ingredients on one half of the tortilla and simple fold it in half, then flip it. I like mine topped with sour cream, cut green onions and more salsa....yummers!! ENJOY!

There are so many ways to cook chicken and usually i will eat it any way. The best way i like chicken cooked it of course fried, but then that's not the healthiest thing for you to eat. Other ways i like it to be cooked is grilled, baked or stir fried in with some vegetables and noodles. We eat chicken at least once a week or sometimes more depending on what is in the freezer to cook.

My husband just brought me a chicken fajita. There is a booth at the weekly farmer's market from a Mexican restaurant down the street from us (the market is right next door to us) so he brings me one of those yummy things home, every week when he goes out. Yummy!! They are really good.

Hello there, ofcourse i cannot stay without chicken, I just love my chicken to be fried with spices, with chillies and when it is crispier and when some lemon hints are added to it.Oh i am just drooling over it now, i feel like eating it now. I always cook my chicken in mustard oil with spices and herbs which makes my chicken a bit juicy and then at the end the lemon comes over.

We roast our chicken in the oven, with a lid to keep it moist. You can put seasonaing and herbs on it, and stuff it with sage and onion stuffing. Or marinade chicken pieces, in olive oil, and garlic, and agian, roast in the oven. We use it in stir fry too, with plenty of vegetables, and garlic, and seasoning. We eat a lot of chicken.
