Earning Online without Own IP (other than ptc sites)

Hi guys, I've been thinking if ptc owner can detect if I use public IP in ptc sites (wherein i could be sure I'm the online registered). Will it be detected? If so, those who do not own a pc should not engage in ptc else he/she will just waste time. I have found some earning sites which do not require people to have his own IP but its just few: mylot as #1, peoplestring,mypage,etc. I've explained those on my site (found on my profile). I'm still looking for some other ways. Let's share all we know about other earnings that do not require own IP. Hope we can list all those trusted to help others earn even without his computer.
