Dieting Tips

I am on a vegetarian diet, but I hit a plateau. I have lost 35 lbs. in the last few months, but my weight loss has stopped. I have been eating the same way. I do more exercise, as I walk. Any ideas?

I think your body has gotten used to your diet and is refusing to give up its storage of fat thinking that it might be going through a famine since food is not coming in. It has gone into starvation mode. Try eating something else other than what you're eating now. Trick your body into thinking that food is abundant. This way it won't stubbornly hold on to the fat storage and refuse to burn it.

I know it weird, when I was younger it didn't take much to lose weight.
