A survey conducted by pollster John Zogby, Suggested that only 10 percent, when ask if they would choose a tiffany's item over a wal-mart item, chose tiffany's .. Do you think because of the ecomony more people are now choosing to live with fewer material possessions?

Thats a reallt intresting quote there. But yes probably because of the economy fewer people want to buy expens ethings especially when they are not even nessecities. Plus Walmart is a great store..I mena you can really buy almost anything there. You can do your regular shopping and grocery shopping all at the smae time..plus its really sheap. So lots of people prefer to got there.

This is the way I see it, why spend more money at Tiffany's when you can get a great ring at walmart. Even if I was rich I wouldn't be paying for things that are outragously priced. Its just doesn't make a bit of sense to me. Material possessions have been out of control. If you sit down and think about it how much do you really need in your life. I know for me not alot. I don't have to go out and buy a new outfit every week let alone every month. For me as long as I have food on the table, electricity, gas, water, bills paid I'm happy. I don't need the lastest gadget or buy into the newest trend. I didn't buy a cell phone till January 08. My contract will be up in January and I'm thinking seriously of giving it up. All because I think the cell phone companies are a rip off. I rather go with Vonage starting in January and pay only 25.00 a month. It makes no sense to spend more then you need too.
