i want to change my being a perfectionist. i don't know why but i want things to be perfect. i get anxious if things don't go smoothly or as planned. i guess i don't want to have to deal with more problems if things don't go as how i want them to be. how about you? do you want to change something about yourself? what would that be? and why?

So many things to change, so little time. LOL!! Well, for me, it would be the build of my body. I'm overweight and I'll freely admit that, and I will also admit that I am trying to be less so, I've lost about 30 lbs this year alone, and I intend to lose at least another 70 before I am done. However, it isn't going to matter how much weight I lose, there are only two ways that I can look with my build, I'm either going to look overweight (even when at the ideal weight) or I am going to look emaciated. I guess the one thing about my build that I would change is I wouldn't have child-bearing hips anymore.

I think you look like a beautiful woman from your profile picture. I don't care for my body much either as I think it looks a bit boyish but I still feel sexy. You should too. After all a person in a beautiful body who acts like a witch can be seen as ugly and a person who isn't physically perfect can be sexy all because of their attitude. :)

People say we have to accept what God has made us and need not change things in us. But I believe we can change those negative things about us such as bad behaviors and attitudes, bad health and bad habits. If I could change one thing about me, it is the fact that i easily get sick. If I get sick, my son suffers as well. I don't want him to suffer everytime I fee ill, so that is one thing I want to change in me.

i guess it would be my low self confidence, even if a lot of people tell me things that boost my self image, i just cant help but feel this way. as for being a perfectionist, actually i think it is helpful,it helps you improve. so there are oth pros and cons to your being a perfectionist http://ldsfilipina.blogspot.com

My stuborness because as much as it can be an attribute it can also cause problems with those you love. I wouldn't take all my stubborness away maybe tone it down a bit.

Wow so many things but then if I changed them all I wouldn't be me. But if I had to choose one thing it would probably be wanting to do everything myself. It's not that I don't trust those who want to help me its just that I want to do it myself and do it the way I want to. Such as my recent move I have turned down all offers to help pack and unpack because I wanted to do it all by myself. If I weren't so stuck on doing things on my own I might actually be able to relax more.

we're the same. there are times when i want to do everything myself because sometimes i don't trust other people, too. i want everything to be perfect that's why i do it myself. and i really have to change that. i have to start trusting and believing in other people's capabilities because someday, i know i will eventually have to ask for their help.
