Is Marquez doing an effective energizer or just killing himself?

I watched sports news from TV yesterday and I saw Juan Manuel Marquez after having his rigid training, he drunk his own urine. Because he believes that urine has more protein and vitamins so why waste it. Is he doing an effective energizer or just killing himself little by little? What do you think?

As I know urine can be recycle through what they call BMW, urine had some active bacteria that help harmonize your digestive system. It was even tested in pigs, pigs that drink BMW water have odorless dung.

Yeah I believe.. but in some ways urine is said to help prevent the blood sugar low down. I don't know if it's true. Lets just respect what others belief, so that in return they respect us too!

If i know better, he's just showing off..he should have stick to the usual vitamins and healthy food rather believing in such stupid beliefs, urine has bacteria and that's it. and if mayweather,jr knows it. am pretty sure he'll fell off his chair laughing at his insanity.

Juan Manuel Marquez is a desperate guy. He wants to win badly to prove that he is better than Manny Pacquiao. Imagine that? who would have thought that he'll drink his urine to make himself stronger. That's all I can say about this, He is so desperate... Obviously, I am not a Juan Manuel Marquez fan because of his arrogance. He will be defeated badly by Floyd Mayweather.
