Are you a member of Survey Spot? Do you enjoy doing their surveys? Do you think that they are worth the time you put into them and the little you earn? Each day in my email I receive at least 5 invites to do surveys for Survey Spot. The part that bothers me is that most of the time they're not "money making" surveys. I just wonder how many people actually take the time to complete all of those surveys that they're not paying you for. I typically only click on the ones they pay you to do. I don't have 25 minutes to waste and not get paid for it! So I'm curious what you think of Survey Spot?

I am not a member of the site. But, going through your discussions, I found a mixed response. Does it mean that we shall look for some other members response to get a clear cut remark about the site. There are two possibilities, either they send the survey to too many users compared to their required responses, or they scam with some while pay others.....

Survey Spot isn't a scam site. They definitely pay you. The problem with them is that not all of their surveys pay. They're up front with you though about the ones that do and the ones that don't.

I am a member of Survey Spot. Sometimes their surveys are o.k. but I have been getting more aggravated with them lately. I don't bother doing the non paying surveys anymore - why waste my time? Then when I go to do the paying ones I get the message halfway into the survey that says "we have the number of respondents needed".

I know what you mean. Their surveys are so frustrating. They take so long and what do you get a spin or scratch game. You hardly get anything. I sometimes think its a scam. Your right its really not worth the time and trouble.

Hi Jennlk84! I think surveyspot is better than most other survey sites but I do the same thing with surveys and only try for those that pay. I still make more money with them than other sites I use and most of the time their surveys are easy to qualify for. Are you a member of greenfield online? They always have more survyes for sweepstakes entry than for money but every once in a while they will have a promo going on where they will pay you .50 cents extra for every survey so for normal ones you can at least get .50 but for money ones you can get extra. So if you are not a member you should give it a try, good luck and happy earning!

Survey Spot is one of the sites I considered joining but I have been put off somewhat by comments I have read elsewhere. I am a member of Opinion World, amongst other sites, and they seem to work in a similar way to Survey Spot, in so much as they have many surveys where you spend 20 minutes or more filling out a survey just to be entered into a draw and, in their case, let you donate to a charitable cause. Occasionally there are point earning surveys that can be redeemed for cash but they seem to be few and far between.

I've been a member of Survey Spot for almost five years now and have only made about $10. I didn't join for the money, though; I just enjoy taking surveys. I don't think it would be would be worth the time if you're looking to make extra cash, but I do find that they have a wide variety of interesting surveys if you enjoy taking them for fun.

I have been paid by Survey Spot a few times in the last year or two(I'm actually waiting on another payout) I used to do all of the surveys that they offered, but found that some were quite time consuming and when I only received 5 points for a 20 minute survey, I sort of only waited for the cash offers. I do have to admit, back in January, I was doing a bunch of their offers (not cash) and one of the surveys turned out to be a $10 cash survey. I have read that other members have found what they thought to be surveys for points-only, to be paid surveys also. So you never know. SS always credits my account in a reasonable time frame and has always paid me on time, every time. There are better survey sites to earn money from (all cash offers, quicker payouts), but when so many people complain about scam sites that never payout, I have to give Survey Spot a for being the real thing!

I have been a member of Survey Spot now for almost 3 years. In the beginning, I used to do all of their surveys, even the non-paying ones. Lately, I do only the paying ones because I have other surveys which have cash or points incentives. I have cashed out several times with them but had absolutely no luck with their sweepstakes.
