I found some old Lobsang Rampa books on our book shelf and started reading the third eye. It is supposed to be located in the middle of your forehead but through a lack of use is closed up. Rampa who has written a lot of books including the biography of a female cat, suggest that the third eye is our psychic sight. His was opened in a ritual where a hole was punched in his skull while he was fully conscious. Now punching a hole in my forehead while I was fully conscious would also give me visions. Of Being in hell, of seeing stars of hearing birds that sort of thing. If you thought that punching a hole in your head would make you psychic would you?

I heard it before but never plan or not interested to uses as it. as when it is open you could see a lot of extraordinary things and if you are not easily adopted or adjust on it. You may feel afraid and you could no longer have a good sleep..

Ha theres a mention of third eye in hindu mythology as wellone of our deity's Lord Shiva has got it and its a very powerful eye.But according to the mythology the third eye is our consciense. If we are able look through it you can see the world in a complete different angle. It has nothing to do with punching a hole it all depends on how you tune your mind and heart.According to the mythology you need to have both your mind and heart fully concentrated and should be coordinated
