I always look at the sales. Like today I saw something at the store I was at that I wanted to pick up, but it was less than half that price at another store. I will wait till I go to the other store later in the week to pick that and a few other things in the sales flyer that were much cheaper.

No, I don't usually read my flyers before I go grocery shopping. I know that it could be worth my while, but it's not something that I always think about doing, or have much of an interest of doing.

I do read the flyers and go through my coupons for items that are in them before going into the store. I can really get some good deals that way.

I don't read it. I pick it up and put it in my trolley. My younger brother will look at it since he got nothing to do in the trolley. I don't want to look and be tempted with the deals inside. That would encourage impulse spending and I might spend more than I should. I'll be more interested if there's coupon inside (like they going to put it :p)

I do it all the time. I might need things which are on clearance and I cannot allow this to happen. I even go online to check their daily deals and clearances (if I happen to shop there). I'm also a notorious coupon user but only for things which I need.

It is not something to feel guilty about, it only proves that you are frugal and clever. There is never a need or reason to waste money, even if you do not personally have a financial problem. Be proud of yourself for saving money whenever and wherever you can. With all the money you save, consider donating one small food item to someone less fortunate that yourself.

I am guilty of it too. I will see what has the most things we need on sale and go there if it is one of my regulars. It is very annoying to buy something and then after the fact see that you could have saved X number of cents or even dollars.
