Is it good or bad?

Some people used to say that watching television, listening music, reading,even eating just before sleep may lead to a bad sleep or affect your health. do you believe all this or ever experience this?

i find that watching tv when iam in bed helps me to fall asleep! ive missed many a good movie doing this. but eating before bed makes me restless.

sleep is a very good habit if it was done comfortable in time. but sleeping after eating is not recommended it spoils our health.its a bad sleep that occurs immediately occurs immediately after you eat.sleep also depends on the water consumption at the time we take our food.we feel more sleepy if we drink the water at the end of taking food and sleep less if we take the water in between taking the food.it is effecting our digestive system in the way we take the water. better to have 30min break after eating to have sleep or to have a small walk after the meal...frankly saying not even should have a comfortable sit or relaxation immediately after the meal

Every individual is different. Music can be soothing and relaxing or it can be loud and irritating. I often go to bed with music or watching a movie. I do not think you should go to bed right after eating. This can lead to nightmares sometimes. But a warm drink like hot tea or warm milk can help you sleep. Studies show that people sleep better in quiet places where they can be relaxed. How about you?
