Just Got My BlackBerry Curve 8520

Hey . I just got my Blackberry curve 8520 from the store today , lady at the desk said i should load it for 12 hours , but i mean that didn't apply , the phone started itself after an hour and asked for information , which i gave . I've used it a bit now and i must say for its price its a very good phone and its a very decent blackberry from what i've seen compared to others. The box included a 2gig memory card . Headphones which plugin to any jack and a phone to usb cable , and ofcourse adapter .It has a trackball diffrrent then the rest of the blackberries , no touchscreen tho. The top contains 3 buttons , next track ,play/pause and previous track . Right side has 3 buttons , higher volume , lower volume and camera , it has a 2 megapixel camera . Ow and it also has a full keyboard mine azerty since i live in belgium . Its a very good phone and i'll come back to it later when i have complete control of it .
It costed 240 euros in belgium . Heard in costed about 130 dollars in the USA , i guess people never heard about currency exchange but hey .

It sounds like a very nice blackberry. I used to have a blackberry 8330, and I liked it too, but it doesn't sound as nice as the one you have. I have an LG envTouch and I really like the touch screen and qwerty keyboard. I can access the internet too, and do that once in awhile too. I basically use it for talking and texting, as my daughter and I text everday. We seemt to start texting and forgettign the time.

yours seem good too. thuogh i like touch screen buet i have heard it is hard to touch or type messages by touch screen but yours though have qwerty keypad to make up for that . how much is that envy LG of yours. does it have a good camera picture and video.

The camera has 3.2 mp camera, and it does take real good pictures, however, I am still trying to figure out the settings yet. It does take 3 sizes of pictures, as I can set the pixel size. I like that too, as not many do that. It also has a flash which not many camera phones have. I haven't got the setting exactly right yet, as the picures come out to light, but the resoulution is outstanding. As far ss the video part ot it, I haven't sued that yet. I will use it eventually though, once I figure it all out. Have a good day, and happy mylotting.

seems to be a very good phone also. i wanna buy too a new phone but i am still thinking what model and brand. i am naot much familiar with blackberry but it seems to me that blackberry quite a bigger or wider phone and does not seem to be a good phone in appearance.
