Hi there,
I would like to know about your experiences with the MyLot Support. I have contacted them about 3 times so far. But received a staggering amount of err... zero responses from them. Therefore I would like to know whether this happens more often?

I have contacted them on many occasions, especially recently.
They hace responded several times too. On other occasions they have rectified the problem I was contacting them about without responding.
If you contact them regarding something already answered in the FAQs it is doubtful that they will ever respond to you.

It is about me filling out the incorrect paypal address. The money went to my frozen account. It would be polite and great if they could just say something like: next month we will try it again. Just a line or two, no fluff, no filler.
The other times I contacted them had nothing to do with this situation by the way. Just mentioning before I get called a spammer.

I remember your problem Diamina but I have an idea that it must wait a bit longer until Paypal sort out your first account then all will be well with no communication at all. They do seem to act rather than communicate with users (which is best surely?).

hi diamania hatley here I know sometimes mylot admins. seems to
take a long time but I have never not had them answer my
messages to them. I would just simply message them again and'agian until they do answer you.

Hi diamania.
I remember about 3 months ago when one of my officemates wanted to join mylot. That's the time she saw how mylot works well with me.
So I helped her sign-up her account under mine, using the same computer.
I never know what went wrong and her account never counted as mine. No email notification came in saying Congratulations for having new referral. I was shocked and wonder what went wrong.
So I contact the admin. I explained the situation.
Mylot never responded. But after about 3 days, an email notification came in. It says, "Congratulations". And that's it, they put her account under my referrals. And now, I am earning with her activities, too.
For that, I thank mylot for being supportive and understanding.
I guess, as mysdianait said, "If you contact them regarding something already answered in the FAQs it is doubtful that they will ever respond to you."
