Do you have allergies?

I have some really minor ones. Usually typical dust and people that take baths in perfume make me sneeze. Some fur bearing pets give me the itchies, blood shot eyes, hives ect. Though I think I"m over the fur one for the most part as I have several pets and I seem ok as long as their fur isn't on my face. My neighbor has a big pollen allergy and is allergic to lilacs as I asked him why on earth he was cutting down the previous owners lilacs wich screened the yard so nicely from the main road. Grrr... I miss those lilacs. My kids when they were toddlers had reactions to ketchup and dressing on their faces. They'd get blotches, but they later diaappeared. Though my son has a skin allergy also known as eczema and as long as I use certain perfume free dye free detergents he's been just fine. What are you allergic to?

I don't think I have any allergies. But my husband does. When he eats crabs, he'll break out in rashes and will get itchy all over. When that happens, he has to go to the doctor and gets a jab. But I love to eat crabs. But he can't. When he take some medicine too he'll break out in rashes. He's so sensitive unlike me. I always tease him and say that I have a stronger immune system than he has.

Just make sure not to make the guy feel bad as I'm sure he likes them too. That's hard to not be able to enjoy a food you like.

I am allergic to Rag weed and it is rag weed season. I am allergic to cats but I used to have one because I was able to take zertec. Iam angry that it is not on perscription co pay anymore and you have to buy it over the counter. they have it in generic form but I cant take the generic it dose not work. nor clariton on benedryl. I belive I have seasonal allergies. And zertec was great for it now I currently dont use anything except for my patnol eye drops here and there. My eyes get itchy burning.

That's no fun when your eyes are irritated like that. Especially if you are at work or need to drive somewhere.

lordy had I got the allergies, I went to an allergist and the ONLY foods I didn't test allergic to were oats, plums, carrots and lemons then I'm allergic to just about everything in the air, tho not as badly as the foods, AND because the shots that I took for the air borne stuff, and the animals made me desensitized to them I don't have nearly the trouble with them that I have with foods Now, I've only once actually gotten hives - from tomatoes, but they have also given me joint pains and my foot doc told me to stay away from the "night shades" which I did for a long time, but I just couldn't give them up completely... now, Yes, I'm allergic to cats, but the shots fixed that - tho, as I tell the carpet cleaning companies that used to call: "I'm allergic to cats, it was the carpets or the cats... guess which went?"

I'm really lucky, I guess. I don't have any allergies that I know of! For a while, I thought I was allergic to a few types of food, but I got tested and I'm not. I don't have any problem with pollen or any plants. I have once gotten eczema, but I think it happened because of dry skin and having weird chemicals put on it than the fact that I'm allergic to anything in particular.

oh, wow, well... I'm allergic to dust and feather pillows, to strong smells and cat and dog hair makes me cough, itch and gives me blood-shot eyes. I'm allergic to a vast verity of food, to certain fabrics... geez, I wish I was making this stuff up, but I'm not... I'm also allergic to some medication, and to season change (don't even ask me how)

I have allergic rhinitis; allergic to dust, pollens, strong perfume etc. It is so hard sneezing all the time. Stuffy runny nose that sometimes I wish I don't have a nose, but I'll look weird without it. So, I just live with it because as time passes within the day I hardly notice it.

I have never heard of anyone having the same allergy I have - pineapple. If I eat it or drink something with pineapple juice my tongue swells and/or I cant taste anything for a day or more. Luckily my tongue doesnt swell too much so its not horribly dangerous if I dont read the label on fruit juice or something, but I do like to taste what I eat. :)

I am allergic to all kinds of things, grass, dust, chocolate. Pretty much anything, shampoo etc. My weirdest allergy however, is beef. If I eat beef, my throat swells up, it is no fun!

Beef? That's another new one. My hubby would say that I am cause I refuse to buy beef cause it's so much more expensive than other meats *LOL* I'm sorry you are allergic to chocolate, I don't know what I do without chocolate especially during times of PMS ;0)

I'm allergic to cats, sad to say. I love them! But any significant time with a cat will send me to the emergency room unable to breathe. I have some slight allergies to plants and stuff but generic Claritin takes care of it. I hate the runny nose in the morning that is so stuffed up I can't blow it but it runs like Niagara Falls!

I can absolutely, positively relate to this! I'm currently loving a remission of my worst case---- "potato allergy" (hopefully no exacerbations anymore!!) I really don't have any idea how i came up with that kind of allergy. A rare kind, i can tell.
