Actually I don't have really best or masterpiece recipe since my partner do always the cooking. I am just the eater. Since my partner is busy on her house chores, I always the one who would just search what's some new and easy recipes. Can you share yours? Happy cooking!

i have one recipe i adapted from something i found in the internet. i made adjustments to it as i am too lazy to buy some whipped cream (quite expensive at my place) and use about a tablespoon or two and waste the rest. the original recipe also calls for the garlic to be diced into tiny pieces. i just blend it instead. so here's my recipe: garlic prawn: some prawns, cleaned and shelled garlic (i love to use a lot) evaporated milk some oil salt and pepper to taste put garlic and evaporated milk into the blender. amount depends on how much you like garlic. fill enough evaporated milk to cover the garlic. blend until you get creamy texture. fry prawns in a pan, wait till half done, add garlic cream. add more milk if necessary or as liked. add salt and pepper to taste. note: the original recipe calls for the garlic to be fried and then put the whipped cream. i never tried that though i eat the prawns with rice so i like extra garlic cream. maybe you can do variations of it
