What do you think of TOEFL

I will take a TOEFL test tomorrow. As far as I know, TOEFL is a test which can fairly measure someone's ability in using English. But it has several flaws. First, it is too long and just cover the time for lunch. Second, it limits the exchange of learners by its high chargement. What do you think of TOEFL?
