alcohol is useful or harmful for our life? somebody told me that if we take alcohol in a limited volume then that is useful for our health, but somebody told me that if we don't take alcohol then that is very much useful for your life. Also some peoples told me that bear is useful for our health and other wines are harmful. So, Please discuss on the effects & sideeffects on the use of alcohol.
