Is it possible to transfer your amazon mturk money to a friends US account?

Hi friends,
I'm from India,i have been working on mturk Hits since 2 weeks now and have earned around 40$. Since, amazon allows your earnings to be transferred to your US bank account(ie you shud be from US) or convert them into amazon gift cards. There is one more option they send checks to india with a $4 fee.Cheque is not a problem to me but they say 6 weeks for the cheque to arrive.
So i just want to know can i enter my friends account details when they ask for an US Account. My friend is rite now in US.
Is this possible?

I have been working on mturk for quite a while now at have requested cheque fromthem two times and have recieved them in 15 days. And I have not encountered any delay from amazon. mturk is a good site though the payrates are poor but it is a good option to earn money. it is no problem to ask them to send a cheque.
