if you were thinking of getting a job as a terrorist then you might want to reconsider. apparently the movement is weakening: http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/sep/10/al-qaida-terrorism-bin-laden why do you think this is?

Well, considering I am already a domestic terrorist, Al Quieda is gonna have to wait for now. Seriously though, I'm not suprised. You can only blow up so many of your own people before they start to get a little upset with you. Either that or they are just running out of people dumb enough to be brainwashed in to believing strapping a bomb to yourself will get you to heaven with a bunch of chicks waiting for you.

the islamic world has already rejected al-qaida. but blowing up your own members for some strange reason might reduce your numbers.

I can't believe I missed this discussion when you first started it! Oh, well, better late than never, right? I have to say, they MUST be having a recruitment crisis because all they're getting these days are a bunch of dumb chickens..lol! Annie

hi annie. now i think that is rather insulting to chickens, the level of stupidity, gullibility and callousness required to join violent extremist movements is not seen in chickens.

They aren't showing the page now JB, you'll just have to give the details.

bugger. can i do a cut and paste jobby? anyway, quick summary - the european erm volunteers in pakistan are complaining like anything - about being lied to, about having to pay out money for their weapons, about how badly organised things are and about not getting to see bin laden. basically you don't want this job... oh and i know links are a bit funny at the moment - this story is on the front page of the guardian (guardian.co.uk).

Well if they are volunteers they are quite right to complain about unsuitable conditions like not having time off at the weekends to take their paid for out of their own money weapons down to the cities for a bit of a good time. Did they know what they were volunteering for in the first place or were they mislead into thinking they's be sitting round watching satellite TV and eating cake with their great leader. Maybe a case of a bit too quick off the mark for a bit of old jihad but it does rather raise the issue of how they are managing to actually speak out against it.

I'd say, wipe them out and the recruits, get another job instead of terrorizing other people.

they seem to be quite effectively managing to wipe themselves out.
