i can relate my husband irritates me too on a every day basis. This is what i would do sit him down and say ....hey look you want me to work and i cant seem to find good daycare so you are going to help by asking if you want me out their working. I know that seems alittle harsh but sometimes just got to get to the point with a spouse. They want something but then dont want no part of reachin the goal.

hi erbear0879 sometimes husbands just dont get it so you haveto explainlike he was a youngster,if you dont have adequate daycare for you child how can you leave and go to work? is there any place you could work at that does provide day care? I know some of the bigger companies do and some schools and colleges and some hospitals do.Maybe you could ask your close neighbors who have children and work, how they mangage day care? I hope you can work it out and hubby helps you a bit.

ive asked every1. he is on a waiting list for the the college. its the best day care in our area. i also had an interview there for a teacher's assistant. the problem there was that the 2 y/o room was full and doesnt know when there would be an opening. id have to wait for a job interview when he is able to get in the room. he is also in a couple of other waiting lists that the director of the center recommended but they are full too.

I have this experience with my husband too. When it comes to family stuff he always expects me to take care of everything like enrolling the children into school, looking at their homework and just about everything. I don't know what he's there for. A few years back when I wanted to go back to work, I too had to take care of looking for someone to care for the children while I'm at work. He wouldn't ask around. It can be pretty frustrating.
