There are so many things one can do on Facebook. Of course, I like interacting with family and friends, but I also like to play Farm Town and some of the other applications. Posting some poetry and joining some of the causes and poetry groups are another favorite activity. With so many activities available on Facebook, what are some of your most favorite things to do their? Thank you for all responses. Karen

Hello karen, Yup! My friend, there are a lot of activities in facebook but you. Since I am a member with facebook I never tried to play farm town. There are some invited me to play but I am not interested. I don't why? My favorite in that sites, is only posting on the wall...have a nice day!

Hello Aerous. That is part of the beauty of Facebook and other social sites: we can choose what we like and leave alone what we do not like. I also love posting on the wall, and since much of my family is on there, I have the "relatives" application. Enjoy your day, my friend, and thank you for your feedback here. Karen

Hello my friend PeacefulWmn9 Ji, It is very sorry state of my response that due to my many other pre-occupied job, I am just not able to attend so many tasks on internet. I never go far any other option other than my personnal mails/myLot.com. I hardly get that much time and as such i have no idea about face-book. May god bless You and have a great time.

Yes, my friend, many of us do have to restrict how many sites in which we are active due to time constraints. It makes perfect sense to set our priorities. Thank you for sharing your input, and have a blessed day. Karen

Hi Karen, I guess I have been put off Facebook, mainly because my account was hacked into recently, it sort of leaves a nasty taste in your mouth and I am quite loathe to use it again, my friend uses it a lot to play games and upload photos etc and it was her who first let me know about the site, ironically it was her that informed me that I was sending her weird and rude messages that is when I found out someone had been sending them. I have changed my password but I still haven't the confidence to use the site again, mind you having said that these sort of sites don't really interest me.

Hi Vingyan. Neither will I ever get "hooked" on it. It seems that the more time passes, the slower everything about it is to load! Then, that feels frustrating and a loss of valuable time. Such a shame, since I do enjoy many things there. Karen

I just created a topic about my addiction with facebook.. You are so right Karen, there's just so much to do with facebook and you can never be bored with this social networking site. I like playing farmville, racing with the levels and growing the farm is really addicting to me. Decorating my farm is just so fun! I like playing poker also.

Hello Angel, lol, it IS addictive, yes? Farmville and farm town are also favorites of mine. I used to try to keep up with the aquarium and garden sites, too, but they go a bit neglected now. I just plain ran out of time! But they are all such fun. I hope you enjoy the weekend. Karen

Hello Yugasini. As with most social sites, people seem to either really love or really dislike Facebook. And of course, you know, it is about far far more than just poetry. I hope you have a happy day. Karen

You are absolutely right. There are many applications and stuffs on Facebook and especially if you have many friends, you will have limited time and energy to keep up to it.

Hi there! Last month until now, I am more into using facebook than friendster. Well, Ilove the features of Facebook because you can do things as well as chat with your finds. It's a really good interactive site. Plus you can access your friends easily. I love the applications too. There are so many games you can play at the site. Farmvillle, Barn Buddy, Mafia Wars to name some. I love also taking quizzes and after publish and share the results to your friends. Facebook is a good site and I prefer it more than Friendster and MySpace.

I love playing Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook, plus Solitare...I also like to use the WeRead and Visual Bookshelf to update what books I have read or are reading. I also like to play trivia with the various TV shows and movies. I also like to update my status and see what family and friends are doing....

Hello Bookfan. Now you've introduced me to a couple of things I didn't even know were on facebook lol. The reading and bookshelf things sound interesting. I write, but I also loooove to read! Yes, it is one of the easiest ways to update the whole family at one time! I love that feature, too. Hope you have a good day. Karen

Yes, there are a lot of things we can do on Facebook . . . I suppose that's why a bunch of us are so addicted to it!! Let's see . . . First and foremost, I love that I can communicate with everyone, family and friends, all in one stop. I tend to write long emails - and it was rather difficult getting back to everyone via email with such a busy schedule. But with Facebook, I can update everyone at the same time and also see what they've been up to. I've learned to write briefly! :) I also like posting links to my favorite music videos from You Tube, mostly from the 80's/early 90's. I normally post two a day. There is an application called Rock You Live that I was favoriting videos from, but posting a direct You Tube link turned out to be much easier - and I could add a visible comment with it. The only game type application I do is SuperPoke Pets. I promised myself I'd do only one of these game things because I knew I could easily get addicted to it - SuperPoke Pets was the first one I was introduced to. Once and a while I'll join fan pages or groups . . . not to make friends or discuss there . . . but to make a list of things I am interested in. I haven't listed my favorites in my profile otherwise. Isn't Facebook great? :P

Hi Much...yes, Facebook is wonderful! Like you, I enjoy that I can post once to update everyone, and they can do the same. I think you were wise to promise yourself you'd only do one application...there are so many! And they do become addictive or very time consuming lol. Have a beautiful day and thank you for responding. Karen

i was heavily into FB. Recently, i have cut down my time there. One of my friends is married to Farm House and Mafia War Games. He keeps telling me to join. So, i can understand your exuberance karen. There are so many applications to choose from bt now I am not accepting any more applications invites. I love Networked Bogging there.

Hello Mimpi. Networked blogging is good, and yes, sooooo many applications. I have become selective in how many invites I accept, too, purely for the lack of time to pursue them each properly, and also because most of them seem to run so slowly! Better to stick to one or two favorites I've decided. Have a happy weekend. Karen
