Ever seen the movie double jeopardy? Well if you haven't the plot goes something like this. Husband frames his wife. Makes it look as though the wife has killed him. He's not really dead but the wife is convicted and send to prison. She finds out he's not dead over a phone call and then learns about double jeopardy which says you can't commit the same crime twice. Years later she gets out of prison. He's where the question comes in. Imagine your in a similar situation. If doesn't have to be exactly like this one but one that involves double jeopardy and being framed. What would you do after you got out of prison? Would you go straight after the person and kill them in a very unique way or would you just leave them alone? Or would you try to catch them and send them to prison? Or would you shoot them in the leg, hopefully not killing them and then send them to prison? Your choice

I saw this movie. And I think the husband has another woman so that's why he wanted the wife out of the way which was really stupid. Why not just ask for a divorce instead of sending an innocent woman to prison? I saw another movie about this double jeopardy clause in the law titled Fracture where the husband killed his wife but instead of killing her, he sent her into a coma. The husband was acquitted. And then the prosecutor managed to find evidence that the husband did it but because of the double jeopardy clause in the law he can't prosecute him. It's a very good movie with a twist in the ending. He did find the loophole that enable him to prosecute the husband.
