Are You Amenable of Having the "Introduce Yourself " Interest In Mylot?

mylot - Mylot is the best site that I've ever had.

I know and I am aware that we are not allowed to disclose personal information during the discussion. But if we are going to have the "introduce yourself" interest, it will create a very active discussion. The admin can give limitation on that interest, just like not posting your personal information. With this, it will add the number of your friends and you get to share the different cultures from each countries. Do you think mylot will allow it?What is your opinion about this?

lolAs far as I know we are not allowed to disclose our personal information here. Anyway, what you have just shared is your name. Just like you, I also love dogs, but i prepare puppies because they are cute. I don't scream with spider, I scream when I saw a flying cockroach. I really concentrate on what i am doing every time I will see this insect.Honestly, i easily get panic when I see it. Aren't you?Are you not afraid of it?

There are cockroaches that can fly!? We just have the normal ground crawling ones around here. I will now be on the lookout for flying cockroaches. They will be number one on my fear list from this day forth. : )

I don't this is a useful tools, my friend. Perhaps, admin did not include this because he is aware of the privacy of every individual. That is my opinion my friend. Have a nice day!

I have to agree with aerous. Each one of us is willing to share personal information up to a point. Many of us already share things about ourselves in the discussions and I think that is enough. Placing more details in an interest might lead to some leaving too much information about themselves which others might use in a negative manner. Remember also that all the discussions are available for anyone to read even if you are not a member of myLot so I prefer it as it is now

Yes, you are right. But what I am saying is that when they make an interest about this, newbies can easily go in this interest and introduce their self. Anyway, there will be some restrictions and limitations. Anyway, that is okay, I respect your opinion about the topic. thanks for sharing.

Hello rberon1985, Yup! I agree with your points here. But we need to remember that this is not just a forum sites where that is trend in every forum sites. What I want to emphasize here is that all of us have restricted privacy. Perhaps for you is okay, but the other is not. Because as of this days, privacy is very important due to rampant cheating and scam from the internet. Admin here don't want anybody here being a victim of invasion of privacy. He is very protected in that case. We can introduce yourself trough private messaging or in the heat of a discussion. This for asking permission first to make sure that person is willing to give it to you. This is my point my friend. Have a nice conversation again to you my friend. Thanks! Because you understand my first comments. I see some errors in it. That is a mistake of typo...hehe.( I don't think if this is a useful tools, instead)
