Warning! Never drop your health insurance!

I did this at the start of the year! I have totally regreted it! It was a huge mistake! I did it because I wanted to make extra money on my check! I did but I have paid a price! If I want to see a doctor I have to give a $100.00 for a co-payment! Medicine I have to pay for or more then I should if on insurance! If anyone is thinking about it,don't do it! It isn't worth it! When it is time to sign up for insurance,in a few months,I'm signing back up! I learned my lesson! Big time!

I agree with you because I know health costs are through the roof. However, health insurance is not cheap either. I just lost my job and will be going onto COBRA at a rate of around $1000 per month. So really which is worse? $100 for the Doc's visit and maybe a couple hundred for the tablets or $1k per month. It's all out of control which is why we need the health care reform in place ASAP
