I usually work at a restaurant during the weekend. Today, there was a customer coming in sitting at the bar. obviously, he was a little bit of drunk, but we still have to serve him with food and beer. He was flirting with the waitresses, and also crazy - talk to other customers. I was suppose to keep him company, and distracted him to harass other customers. I just do my best to keep him busy until he finished his meal and beer. Luckily, he didn't make a big scene, and I just escort him out of the door. He left some tips for my kind service, and I appreciate him too. What would you do when you encounter a drunk customer?

Oh yeah, we are all patient with our customers, because we all want to earn the tips desperately. Why we want to to mess with the customers right. Some people always say "customers always right." You have to follow that rule.
