how do you handle stress???

Hello guys...Stress is normal in our everyday living...Especially at work because of too much pressures..But how do you handle stress??? Me i eat chocolates everytime I get stressed...

hi aeshamel19, to manage my stress i do the following activities and exercises: yoga, grind aerodance and pamper myself with a wholebody massage.

i dont consume stuff to handle stress. i'd just do whatever i can with my given mind and body. i find a serene place where i can relax my mind and takes multiple deep breaths to take off the load i carry. i think stress for your case is when you have too many things to do and worry about. you cant run away from this so i suggest you plan everything ahead. put some time for the things you need to do and give yourself some relaxation time too. look at what you're eating and people you're around with. you'll do just fine.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better.

I would like to release my stress by eating somthing or traveling. I think change to another enviorment or to look around different things which will help me to forget the depressing events. I can have a temperory relax without anyone bothering.

To relieve me of the everyday stress, I take a break. I stroll along the office hallway, I eat anything I fancy, then take a deep breath. Sometimes, I curse under my breath and let out a big sigh. I even laugh out my frustrations and chant the first line in the prayer of St. Francis which says "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change". And when I get home, I browse the net or sleep off the tiring day.
