The garden is full of Zuchinni again.

Ok I love Zuchinni and find many ways to cook it. On the grill in the oven and I fry it and eat it in soup with smoke sausage and cabbage. Are you still eating your Zuchinni? A few of my friends are like no more. I get to have Zuchinni pie this weekend as my Mom makes it. It is almost like apple it is really good. Better then the cake. Are you freezing yours yet? I have never grown zucchini but I love it myself. I sometimes grill it on my George Foreman grill or I steam it with a little water on the stove and just eat it that way. Sometimes I put a little parmesan cheese on it for extra flavor. I wonder how good zucchini is for you? It can't be bad for you. Oooh, I forgot I also sometimes put it in a pita and make it into a sandwich with other vegetables like eggplant or yellow squash. Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

yellow squash is also zucchini but they call is yellow as I guess green squash just sound gross. But I think the yellow is sweeter. I mix the two and put in red onion. Then garlic and the rest of the spices. It is really good. You have a good day. YOur friend onlydia

I love it cook with smoked sauage or just steamed or cooked slow in butter. With some onion and tomato and what ever else I can find to put in. You have a nice day. Your friend onlydia

Since I don't have a garden I don't have any...but really like zuchinni bread when someone gives me some....

I don't like zuchinni bread as my aunt always made it. I really like zuchinni alot but not the cake or bread. The pie is ok. You have a wonderful day. Your friend onlydia

My zucchini didn't come up. This was my first garden as an adult (I'm 55!) and while I got a lot of green beans I didn't plant nearly enough peas. And a lot of things didn't come up. I do love zucchini! Next year I plan on expanding my garden and canning stuff. Have you ever had zucchini lasagna? Replace the meat with zucchini, it's delicious!
