Is there anything that keep you away from myLot? What is that?

My children need attention.. you know sometimes :P housework, if a friend stops by, i come and go through the day all day. I'll stop make a few comments, do some cleaning or crafts with the kids, then come back make a few more so on and so forth all through the day. I'm always busy as a bee!

yeah, i had stopped mylotting for almost 3 months , that was the time when my husband arrives home and we are going for a long vacation in their hometown. there was no internet connection in their house and i have to rent in an internet cafe just to check my e-mails. so i had stopped mylotting for a while. and now, im back and very much active with mylot.

Gosh will you be able to stay away that long? I was away for about six weeks almost a year ago due to an unexpected offline upset but apart from that I am only away when I visit my mother in UK as I have no internet connection when I am there (unless I go to the library). As you know I even manage to get on here from work when it's quiet so other than errands I am very rarely not here. I hope you enjoy the match and don't worry, we will keep things wrm for when you can get back here! Have fun my friend!

There have things that have kept me away, but generally I enjoy coming here to make money or just to see responses on my discussions, or responses on my comments. It's fun being on this site, and we find many new people here with different points of view. I hope you enjoyed watching the match today.

hi dbu. by the time you read this, i am sure the crickets game is over. lol so who won the game? did you enjoy the game? well, if only i can be with mylot always, i will keep mylotting. but we still have to rest and sleep and that's normal to all of us. one thing that really makes me away for sometime, in between mylotting is driving. that is the time if i go on driving with motorcycle. neil

What keeps me away from MyLot??? Well watching my football team FC Halifax Town at all their games. Going out and socialising with my mates. Watching live sport on TV like cricket...although England are doing poorly in the one day series with the Aussies. Eating and sleeping. Playing online games, completing surveys and writing reviews for other sites.

Lately, Facebook has kept me away from mylot. I am playing the games there and not paying attention to much else. I'm going to try to be here more though - I miss it!

My family can keep me away from myLot. Sometimes they need me to babysit or fix them food. That keeps me away from my computer completely so I can mostly only be online at night when they are all asleep. They are asleep now heehee

Life, work, house work, Lawn upkeep, house repair, etc. You name it it has to be done somehow. LOL

Yup! I'm just only stay here in mylot an hour. Because there are many things to do. I'd like to be here in a longer period of time but need to face some of my online jobs...have a nice day!

hi dbutheking i need to rest I'm not robot you know sleeping and eating and shower and when I'm go to shopping and mall and to hanging out with my friends and EVERYTHING this is reason to keep me away from mylot?.. YOU KNOW I NEED A BREAK?.

well,...i guess my real life keeps me away from mylot (and net). if i am more busy with my real life works then i spend less time on net. also if i am very tired,..i prefer ......

Yeah mylot have made me like a addict..i cant get away from it even a single minute..but last weekend i had a football match to watch between manchester and arsenal..so i had be away from mylot for about 4 hours which was quite bad for me..but i hope i will always be in contact with mylot..keep mylotting..

The only thing that really keeps me away from Mylot is work and being tired. I try to come here whenever I can to help make extra money because let's face it, we could all use extra money. So I work 40 hours a week and then I come home and either work a little here and then work a little other places or I do nothing because I'm too tired to come here. Usually I'm too tired. Usually I just can't focus on Mylot to make good replies so I avoid coming here until I'm more awake. I hate not being able to concentrate enough to make good replies and I don't want to confuse people so I avoid coming here if I know I can't make good, sensible replies.

Of course there are tons of things that keep me away from myLot...myLot is just a hobby, it's not my main activity in life or anything like that. When i'm not here I'm doing all the things that people do when not around a computer, which can be anything. So I don't really get if you're even trying to make a point with this discussion...you have to be more specific.

Life...Life keeps me away from MyLot. Life consists of household ‘stuff’ including a husband and a child, the latter needs constant entertaining...Then again so does the man of the house! Sometimes I sit down to the computer all comfy and ready to post and they both complain at me to shut it down and don’t usually let up until I do...I know they are my world but sometimes it would be nice to be here for as long as I want!

Everyday when I get bogged down by life like the kids and doing things I'm supposed to. Sometimes, I forget to get on mylot and post.

I am very late on this discussion, but couldn't help commenting when I saw you couldn't come to mylot because of the India/SL cricket match. Well, I did both at the same time and can't help boasting about it. Simply visit www.cricinfo.com and you can get everything live there, and at the same time do your mylotting. Apart from that, there are so many things we have to do in life and you have to take a break from myLot. I do think we have to get our priorities right and even though I too love mylot very much, we have to be realistic since there IS another world outside myLOT. lol

Hi dbutheking, The main thing that keeps me from mylot is myself lol! I go through moods and I seem to get a lot of anti-mylot moods where I will go out of my way to think of other things to do so I won't have come here to relieve boredom. Luckily the moods come and go, but that is the main reason I stay away. That said in about 5 minutes X Men 3 is on Channel 4 TV and I am going to leave to watch certain scenes of that! Quite annoying really since I have just got my urge to go on mylot back again Oh well, hope your team won All the best, Dranz
