Did you feel hopeless and be sad,how do you deal with it?

            Sometimes,very little thing can make me feel sad,and I will cry.Mostly time,I am a very openminded and positive girl,I always believe that there is a way in future..

                    I write, I read, I watch funny movies that I've seen a hundred times. "My Cousin Vinny" is in my top ten comedies that make you smile even when you're down in the dumps. I post on Facebook. I call friends. Last resort and I don't recommend this if you want to stay slim: I eat chocolate, lots and lots of chocolate will cure even the worst mood.

                    If very little things can make you cry, then you are a very sentimental person. But that is not a drawback. i also find myself crying for very small matters. But everything is a passing phase, and we have to make ourselves strong. 
 My life has not been very smooth. My husband has taken custody of my four year old, who has never been away from his mamma, and is fighting for a divorce that I do not want to give him for the sake of my son. 
 I still find myself in tears every now and then, but I've decided to be strong and positive, and believe me it helps!
 Life is very beautiful, and the secret is to enjoy all the little joys of life.

                    Sometimes food can change mood. Look at your diet. Eat fresh food, not microwaved. Buy a blender and make fruit smoothie- very east and delicious/nutritious. Also, exercise daily. Your body is guided by hormones. If hormones are 'out of whack' you will suffer. Good luck.
