Is drinking Green Tea everyday makes you loss wt.? What benefits does it give?

My sister said that Green Tea contains antioxidant that helps and protects your cells. It contains caloric-burning properties that helps you loss weight. I don't know, but I think its true because my sister drinks green tea everyday and she is looking great. She lost weight and her skin looks great and healthy. Hmm should I try it also? Will I have the same result?

Green Tea is a great antioxidant. It promotes healthy skin as well. It also boost metabolism generating more energy to get up and exercise. While I really don't like the taste, adding honey will help with that. I would recommend using it.

Hiya d_red, Green Tea does contain antioxidants and properties that help to burn calories. You can lose weight. Depends on how much weight you want to lose. I was drinking Red Tea and I did not think that it was that strong and instead of losing a few kilos I lost more than I had bargained for as Red Tea the proper Tea I mean can make you lose waistline pretty quick. So I still think a bit of exercise and bit of Red or Green Tea everyday not too much though and eating as well as you can you can lose weight in the right places or at least you should. I lost it in all the wrong places mostly. It took me several months to recover it too. It´s not just a tea it´s more than that so you have to be careful and take that stuff in small dosis. This time I am taking it easy.

There are so many fruits and plants that we can make it as a natural antioxidant.Like orange, strawberry, apple, grape, green tea, ginseng, ginger, and many more.And I agree with what You've said. For the skin we can use green tea and grape. For antioxidant we can use green tea, apple, orange, ginseng, ginger, etc. For smoker, better to eat apple daily.Cause I've been told that it's best for smoker.

Hi there... I am a tea drinker and lover. I love teas especially green tea. It is very refreshing and I love its aroma smell. I think you are right... as tea drinker I stay physically fit and healthy inside and out. green tea really has a lot of health benefits for it is an antioxidant.

Green tea has more antioxidants required for health. Its so good for health. Normal tea doesnot have much antioxidants

I also drink green tea before because they said it can really give good benefits to our body and its good for a person who wants to lost weight. I thinks its okay that you try it, its good for the body. My cousin also always drink green tea because he said that he always get hungry in his work before the lunch time and green tea can help to strengthen his stomach. Because of this discussion I think I want to go back drinking green tea again.

I have heard that there are a lot of benefits to drinking green tea and on occasion I do have some for myself, but not often enough to give an opinion that's worth while. My grandma told me that drinking a cup of green tea in the morning with a cup of red grapes helped her arthritis big time and she swears by it. Like you, maybe I should try drinking it every day and see if something better awaits me!!

That's true. Green tea is rich in polyphenols which have been demonstrated to have antioxidant characteristics. Its anti-obeisty properties has also been found in some investigations. You can try it. But if you could get weight lost is uncertain. Drinking green tea, however, will benefit your health.

Did you know green tea is better than water if you drink it everyday. I believe in vietnam they more drink tea than water because of its healthy content. I'm not a nutriion expert to know the details of this green tea but I believe its a fact that it cleanse your digestive system if you drink it regularly.
