When I conduct interviews, I would sometimes ask that question just to get an insight or sneak preview of a person's train of thought. Defining yourself in five words sometimes reflects on your priorities as well.
As for me, I think I'd sum myself up as:
1) Sensitive
2) Passionate
3) Persistent
4) Hard Working
5) Open minded
Have you ever been asked such questions in job interviews?
Either way, how would you describe yourself?

I would describe myself as a firm believer of Christ, prayerful, a faithful and loyal friend, merciful to animals, optimistic. Those are the five qualities that could best describe myself. I am first a christian before anybody else.

4. practical
5. leading
its hard to describe yourself in less words but i can list some qualities there.
