SVR 2010 Pre-Order Characters

I am not going to pre-order 2010 more than likely as much as I was disappointed in 2009 I will wait to see how good it is. But anyways in the US if you pre-order on gamestop you get an unlock code for Stone Cold, but I read that the UK version will have an unlock code to unlock the Rock. What I want to know is if anyone knows a way to get both characters?
