When I was young my mother made some baked egg plant, I did not like it. After I became an adult I tried to cook egg plant and I still do not like it. Does anyone like egg plant?

Hello laurenrich. I like eggplant. We have different ways to cook it, fried with some flour in hot oil, steam it first in the rice cooker and then cook it with any seasonings you like or cook it together with green pepper and garlic. It can be a very delicious food when it is well cooked.

I like to eat eggplant, eggplant, especially meat, Practices: 1: meat chopped and put into a bowl, add chopped onions, ginger, a little soy sauce, sugar, eggs, salt, adjusting the mix evenly, about 10 minutes, standby delicious. 2: will take about 3 inches long eggplant cut, vertical cut 2, be careful not to cut off the bottom to keep connected. Backup data sample eggplant incision. 3: Guo Lifang point of oil, used in the fire eggplant 4 to 5 mature, slightly golden, into the water, water, and eggplant is almost flat, a small fire 10~`15 minutes.

I've eaten it twice this year. The first time I baked it with cheese and breadcrumbs and it came out nice. I would compare it to mushrooms. The next time I baked it the same way but with different kind of breadcrumbs. This time it came out bad and the taste was similar to spoiled milk. That's the only way I could describe it. I'm not sure I like it. I think squash and zucchini are much better.

I'm not too crazy about eggplant either. I don't like the consistency of it. I do like it on pizza though. I tried it a couple of years ago. I think they fry it and then put it on the pizza. If you don't like it on pizza you may just not like it.

yes, i like it most when it is grilled, then we take off the skin, flatten it and dip it into a mixture of salt and beaten egg and then fried. we also prepare the grilled eggplant in salt, vinegar, little sugar and spices. any way it is cooked, we like eggplant.

I do like eggplant. I like it with pasta, torta or just plain friend with soy and lime dipping sauce. I think you don't like the texture of it that's why you hate it. The taste of the eggplant is pretty neutral but some people cannot take the slimy texture in their mouth.

I love eggplant. My favourite way to prepare it is on the barbecue. It is super easy, just slice it lengthwise a few times, rub with oil and whatever seasoning you like and throw it on the grill. You should try eggplant one more time with this recipe, and then maybe you will like it!

Hi laurenrich, perhaps you were put off by the name. Here they are melitzanes, or in English aubergines. See they sound better already. We eat them all the time here, they are a staple part of the famous dish of mousakkas and are also served as an appetiser, fried in a light batter in olive oil and served with lemon.

As previous commenter stated, spices make all the difference. There are all types of naturally flavored oils that it can be cooked in too. I love egg plant too, if it's prepared with spices I love - I think a good tomato sauce makes it very palatable.
