just try to cut of the amount of food you take everyday. its not necessarily means that you will avoid food as your body needs food for energy too. little by little try to cut off food like if you used to have 3 cups of rice per meal try to eat 1 rice per meal and drink water while eating so that its easy for you to feel full. the 8 glasses of water a day didnt count the water or glasses you take while your eating as the water will just going to absorb and becomes part of the food. better to eat fruits and drink juices in the morning. try one cup rice in the afternoon and avoid rice in the evening, like just eat bread and juice. i dont normally eat in the morning. i only drink juice then i eat 1 to 2 cups in the afternoon and just pasta at night.

I also wanted to loose a bit of weight and what really worked for me was exercising four times a week. It doesn't have to be something very demanding like aerobics, I bought some DVDs with very simple exercises that can be done at home and don't take up too much time. Apart from that I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and avoid fatty foods. Green tea helps to reduce appetite and is very diuretic. If you drink one cup before each meal this contributes to eat less. Hope this helps.

I think that you're going about it the right way. Try to work your way up to 9-11 servings of fruit and veggies a day. Make sure that the protein that you're eating is lean. I lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks by eating 2 servings of fruit, 5 servings of veggies, 2 servings of whole grains and two six ounce servings of fish per day. I also like to put a little bit of lemon juice in my water to reduce water retention which is a huge problem for me. Good luck

I drink lemon water everyday when I wake up to reduce the fats in my body then one day I had severe gastric problems and my doctor said it is because of the acid in the lemon. So better to take light steps and avoiding oily foods too much. Drink lot of water, and fruits are very good too.

I'd say just keep going how you are. There is no magical way to lose weight, but there are some ways that help facilitate it. Just make sure that you get plenty of exercise. Walking is good, but make sure that it is hard walking and that your muscles are slightly sore after you are finished or you are out of breath. Also, eating healthy does help, but make sure you look up good ways to diet online because a made up diet can be unhealthy for other reasons than making you fat.

Actually I just do the same way you do it. A 30 minutes of walking, eating moderately, more of vegetables and less with fatty foods. I dont skip meals so that my metabolism would be kept in normal pacing.
